Privacy Policy

The Table Map ("we", "us", "our") helps couples and event hosts let their guests look up their table and seat. We take privacy seriously — especially your guest list. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
Who we are
The Table Map is a service operated from Ontario, Canada. For any privacy question, or to access, correct, or delete your information, contact us at hamza@w-momentum.com.
What we collect
- Order details. When you place an order, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email address, the couple's names, and your event date so we can build and label your map and send your receipt.
- Payment information. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Contact messages. If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, and message (handled by Formspree) so we can reply.
- Your guest list and venue details. The guest names, table and seat assignments, and floor-plan image you send us so we can create your map.
How we use your information
- To build, personalize, host, and deliver your seating-lookup map.
- To process your payment and send your receipt and order updates.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To ship physical tap-to-open cards to you, if you order them.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your guests' information
The guest list you provide is used for one purpose only: to let your guests look up their own table and seat. Your guests do not create accounts, and the lookup app does not track them or collect analytics. We do not share your guest list with anyone or use it for any other purpose.
Service providers we rely on
- Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
- Formspree — delivery of contact-form messages.
- Netlify — hosting of this website and your published map.
Each of these providers may process limited data on our behalf, and may store it outside Canada (for example, in the United States), subject to their own privacy practices.
Cookies and analytics
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on the guest-lookup app. Our payment, form, and hosting providers may set limited cookies needed to operate their own services securely.
How long we keep it
We keep your order and guest information for as long as needed to provide your event map and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your guest list once your event has passed, and we will do so promptly unless we are required to retain it.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us at hamza@w-momentum.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Table Map is intended for event hosts and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
